Its fake dont buy from Them - the parfume are not the ones you Think you buy

I order a few sampler , and i receiver a mail that my order has been refounded without any explanation.

Good selection of fragrance. Quality products. Fast delivery.

Placed a large order. Money was taken but item was never shipped over past 3 weeks. Emailed several times but no response! Had to arrange chargeback through credit card. Very disappointed!!

At to cancel my order and they gave me the refund so can't say anything bad about the scent sampler

The website is clear, the purchasing process is efficient. At the time 50% discount was available - price was therefore very pleasant. The only available payment method is a bit dissapointing, but not a dealbreaker. Shipping was fast, including pinpoint tracking. Everything came intact, well packed. 50ml bottles are of good quality, the atomizer is better than the original one IMHO.
The most important question is - are the fragrances original?
YES, the JUICE IS LEGIT (we can't speak for others tho)
We have all CREEDs ever made on hand, we can tell the difference if there's any for sure...

Perfect to sample aftershave before investing in larger bottle. Arrived quickly and in schedule

So glad I could get Tom Ford Musk Pure and the bottle it came in was nice even though it wasn't to the original bottle. This was because it was decanted.

FAKE LOUIS VUITTON FRAGS 👎👎👎👎

I have the real bottles and these smell nothing alike, they reek of alcohol, like the very cheap £5 fragrances you may have smelt in Lidl. They barely last more that 1 hour. I am very disappointed as I have used this website for a couple of years, makes me wonder how many fakes they have sold me. I was happy with the Tom Ford and Jo Malone I bought before but now I can’t be sure. I’ve emailed twice and am yet to receive a reply about a refund. It’s a shame because I had told my friends and family about this website but I have made sure to warn them of this.
I’ll update the review if they rectify the situation.

Been using this service as regular for good couple years best customer service and amazing perfumes.

I recently purchased my 3rd batch of perfume samples from this bona fide company and was very happy with all the fragrances bar two (which they very quickly and kindly rectified for me).

All that I can say is that I believe they do offer the genuine article (contrary to what some reviewers have suggested) with rich, quality scents, the same as the originals, and their projection and sillage are good too - at prices that are just too good to refuse!

Additionally their delivery is quick and reliable (normally within 2-3 working days after placing my order).

All in all I was very pleased with all aspects of the ordering process and after sales services.

Would not hesitate to recommend for those wanting to try before they buy or just enjoy decants of a variety of scents available on the market today!

I have received the order and was extremely distressed to find that it was NOT Louis
Vuitton Attrape Reve as indicated in the order I made. The perfume has a completely different odour and, having checked in with the Louis Vuitton store here in Lyon, can categorically state that they have sent something other than the advertised sample. I paid a 65 euros plus 14 euros tax for this sample because it is an expensive perfume. I have been totally ripped off. Please do not buy from this site.

Received my samples of some of Tom Ford's exquisite EDPs today. Beautifully decanted, genuine fragrances securely and quickly shipped. Would definitely buy from again and no hesitation in recommending.

Was sent Penhaligon Halfeti sample that smelt nothing like it.
Still waiting for refund and return address

I am very disappointed, the perfume bottle is not the one in the photo, so I do not know if it is a dupe and I had to pay 37€ customs fees which is not informed. I'm not happy, it was supposed to be a gift but how can I give a bottle like that.

Immediately appalled. Scent had gone-off…. Stank to high-heaven. A tiny spray on my wrist made my eyes water it was so pungent of sour gone-off scent…. Had to immediately shower but can still smell it THREE DAYS later! It’s so awful, totally stomach-churning.

The website is very misleading… the image of the product is the original lovely glass bottles. What I received was cheap plastic tubes.

But to be honest the packaging is really the least of the problem (irritating tho it is to be mis-led)… the main problem is the fact the product has clearly gone sour many years ago and is not even useable.

There’s no returns label, no info on the website about how to return, and so far my email has been ignored.

I’m a lone parent on a part-time NHS wage, and can’t believe I’ve lost £27 on this scam, and no one at Scent Sampler cares enough to even reply to me or help me return it & get my money back.

Awful product, non-existent refund process, non-existant customer service.
