Awesome customer service, my order was dispatched within an hour I placed it and arrived two days later. Packed in recycled materials with always polite communication from the store staff

Placed an order which went missing? Eventually they sent me part of it but after several emails I still have not received a refund or replacement, will never use again and recommend you not to do so.
They are now ignoring me and I am thinking of reporting them to trading standards.

Placed an order on 31st August, still unfulfilled after over a month. I’ve sent 6 emails and no responses. The company is a scam - do not order from them

Scammers! I'm absolutely livid that this company have taken my money (in August!), been unable to fulfill my order (I only know this because I chased them by email) and have since not only failed to refund me but are not responding to any of my emails! I will be contacting trading standards tomorrow.

Becarefull don t use them it's a complete bad bad..... shop
Took nearly a month to get my delivery. When arrived I had two items missing.
I sent emails. But NO ANSWER.
I did t get my money back

Wish I didn't even have to give a star , absolutely shocking i ordered from the scotland shop on the 13th September i got given a tracking number , same tracking number for 2 separate dispatch i spend 20 pound on the store and the tracking number given was for 2 boxes of fudge and not for any of the other items bought, I have emailed 4 times and received no response from them i tried to call the number and it says we don't deal with domestic deliveries over the phone i am really not happy these were gifts for people and I have been completely ripped off , I hope this review gets seen by enough people to avoid the same happening to others , absolute rip off shop !
