I have purchased 2 boards , 2 bags a carbon paddle and some other stuff of these guys.
The first board i changed my mind and the customer service sorted the change out no probs.
The second board i purchased with a board bag that could have been better , customer service saw the review i left for the bag contacted me immediately and hey presto a new bag arrived within 3 days , and that was over a weekend .
Tony and the team have excellent customer service , they went past the extra mile for me , many thankd

Here is the sequence of things, the 13th October 2021 i contact the SUP company because I had a problem with a product, no answer. I contact again on the 18th of the same month, no answer. I contact again the 18th of July of 2022, no answer.
Today I did write some feedback into their system.
I did have an inmediate response, but interestingly I can not answer to their feddback give, the system does not allow you I guess. In the message they ask me kindly to write an email, which I did, no response.

Bought a Fanatic 12’ 6 from the website which was very easy to use use. Followed this up with a phone call the next morning and was told it had already been dispatched and would be with me the next day. Didn’t get the guy’s name but he was super helpful. Board arrived mid morning as promised . Would definitely recommend.

This is the second paddle board I’d ordered from the sup company within a year. The first order, red sup, with Tony was excellent. I received the 2nd sup Order no 17365 Fanatic Pure on 30th May 2021, contacted Tom a few days later on 7/6 to say the paddle was faulty, filling with water & sinking. See email below. Sent video, no response, spoke to Tom again and he said they were waiting to hear back from Fanatic, 5 months later still no response and replacement paddle 😟

Hi Tom,
I spoke to you earlier Re fanatic paddle taking in water, you asked me to send you a video (see attached) It fills up so much the paddle sinks we nearly lost it.
Please let me know what you can do & whether it can be replaced.

Super fast delivery, accurate stock levels. 2 Red SUP's, cant wait to get out on them!

I ordered 2 boards. Only 1 arrived, after calling to question the location of the other they managed to correct an error made by a delivering company and shipped out another board to me which arrived the very next day. Granted the issue shouldn't have even happened, but CS was excellent in resolving the issue.

Great service and great support. I purchased a RedPaddleCo Ride, together with the Carbon 100 paddle. However, the pump came without the handle but SUP Co sent me a replacement which arrived the very next day.

Great customer service.

Excellent service from the SUP company.
Polite and prompt with all queries by phone and email
Problem arose with delivery of composite SUP ( outwith their control)
Promptly dealt with and I am a very happy owner of my new SUP
Will certainly use this company again

Ordered the JP glass carbon two piece paddle
Really pleased with it, very light and very good quality

Frankly nothing wrong with the services and follow ups but the quality control is quite disappointing, my paddle came with chips, scratches and its not from the delivery. Shouldn't you guys check the goods before shipping out? Am using it for advertising and media photography. Quite disappointing and reflecting badly on the all parties especially the manufacturer.

I love the product - and the advice I was given - hence the 4 stars.
The admin was less good - a lost email and delayed delivery because someone was on holiday - someone who refused to take my details over the phone because it was more convenient for them - a missing screw on the Moloko paddle. None of that was great. I will be back, but hopefully it will be a smoother ride next time.

Great service although one item was missing. This was sent as soon as I notified The SUP Company so all good.
The Jobe paddleboard cart however is poor. I've sent feedback to Jobe and requested they send me a solution or an additional strap which should solve the problem otherwise I will be returning the product as faulty / not fit for purpose. Will update on progress on this.

Called them before I placed my order - very helpful. Then placed a pre-order for The paddle board - price was spot on compared to rest of the market. Item arrived in the timescale originally set out with loads of pre-comms from the company and DPD. Item delivered without any damage and looks epic once you have pumped it up. Had to call customer service as the dial on the pump was not moving, received some really great help on the matter and it was resolved next day. Overall excellent experience and excellent product from what I have seen so far.

Pain free placing the order. Upfront on delivery date. Board was delivered a week before due date. Received notification of delivery, no dramas. Well packaged, clear instructions. Environmentally friendly packaging. Not used my board yet. I know it will suit me as used one before.

Ordering was simple and delivery of Red Paddle Ride was quicker than expected. Delighted with product and service.

A bit frustrating online experience - checkout didn’t work properly - the only way I managed to do card payment is through PayPal.
Otherwise have no complain - the order was delivered earlier than promised and n good condition.

Ordered 2 Starboard SUPs and upgraded paddles which were due into stock by the end of that week. They were subsequently the following Wednesday, a day or so longer than I expected but all good! The delivery company used is DPD, who are also very reliable and give a one hour time slot on the day of delivery. I would recommend the SUP Company.

Great products at good prices and the delivery was very fast (Royal Mail 48) with good communications all the way. I will be dropping by the shop next time I’m near Southampton. Thanks
