I’m one of those customers who asks endless questions, likes things done in very specific ways, and can be extremely particular. Charlotte listened patiently throughout the entire process. Her expertise made everything seem much simpler than I expected, and she went above and beyond to find the best solutions for us.

We eventually reached the conclusion that it would be better to wait rather than move forward at this stage, which meant there would be no business for her. Despite that, Charlotte remained incredibly patient, kind, and supportive. It was clear that she genuinely cared about what was best for our family, not just about making a sale.
