I ordered a laptop and the delivery was on time! The laptop was packed really good and professional so no damage on the box.
The laptop is working really good and it's look like new.

You should start using grading system to describe the condition of the product. I did not expect so many scratches on all the surfaces of the laptop I bought.

I phoned Ben at Techoutlet and he listened to my computing needs and matched my expectations by supplying an excellent looking laptop.
It contains all of the technical items that a novice computer user would need.

I wanted a new laptop as my old computer was well past its sell buy date. Did some research and looked at lots of reviews and this company had fantastic reviews. I contacted them and asked about the specification I wanted they were really helpful and gave me very good advice. Ordered a laptop came two days later and it is excellent. Very fast and looks like brand new for a fraction of the price. I cannot recommend this company high enough.

Wanted to update my pensioner laptop but didn't much fancy the current prices for new equipment. Checked out a number of possible suppliers and liked what I saw about these folk.
Not disappointed! Purchased Dell Inspiron which was hard to tell from brand new when it was delivered.
It was described as having a "light patch" on the screen and, if I had not been told it was there, I would not have noticed.
Would have absolutely no hesitations in buying again.

Needed to replace my old Windows 7 with something more up to date but without paying too much.
I was wary of buying 2nd hand, thinking I might be buying someone else's problems, but after a month of use it's all good.
A few surface scratches on the top outer cover, but the rest is like new.

Stunning customer service, there’s clearly real people dealing with these web orders, who can take care of any special requests with ease. The item was delivered exactly when requested and they even helped sort out my numpty software issues because I’m a techtard and I don’t know how windows 11 works! I bought a refurbished PC and it’s streaks ahead of the brand new one I bought six months ago from the same manufacturer. It boots up immediately and does as it’s told as soon as you click a button. I’m not used to such response times! I’m already planning to buy my next refurbished machine in the very near future. Wish I’d come across these guys sooner - they deserve all the stars I can give x

What a great business. I managed to mess up my Windows environment on the notebook they supplied and they spent a lot of time trying to help me get it sorted. In the end I sent it back and they rebuilt with Win 10 as I requested and back to me within a couple of days.

Had reason to speak to someone, very helpful. Very fast delivery, well packaged. Laptop as new,very smooth although still finding my way around it. Excellent purchase. Would recommend.
