The Tech Outlet レビュー

Fast efficient service supplying new laptop to my requirements.

Very straightforward - ordered via the website, delivered in a couple of days. Item matched the description. Would use them again.

A lot of recycling computer companies have popped up with seemingly endless laptops available at every price point. I went from one to another endlessly wondering what was the right deal and I ended up with the tech outlet because they gave the full spec, with the processor reference that really put it above the competition. Great computer, happy customer.

Excellent service and product would definitely use these again

I bought a reconditioned laptop from this company, and it's very good. I had a problem with charging it, but Ben replied to all my e-mails, and sent me another charger. Their customer service is excellent, which is unusual nowadays. They give a year's warranty, so you can buy with confidence.

It works very well.very pleased with it thank you.can you text me the 3 year insurance in foe please I seem to have lost it .thanks terry

The whole experience was good , Ben was very helpful with all my queries
My Laptop arrived on time , well packed

Noticed a seemingly "too good to be true" price on an HP Probook 440 G7 laptop, which I thought would make a great pressie for my pal's birthday and msjd to confirm details...Ben couldn't have been more helpful if he'd tried! Sent numerous pics and confirmed it was in excellent condition (it was indeed!) Ordered immediately and received within 48 hrs....Was really impressed with laptop's condition and lightning fast performance..and the confidence of a 12 mo guarantee and great customer service ...my pal was also made up!
Thanks TechOutlet....as Arnie would growl ..."I'll be back!"😁...

I bought a 2022 laptop in 2023 it looks like brand-new and it works like brand-new. It had a fresh install of windows 11 with all the updates and was at a bargain price saving me hundreds of pounds. Ben was very helpful with answering all my questions. In the future I will always go to Tech Outlet, and will recommend Tech Outlet to all my friends.

I texted them through chat wizard, they acknowledged charger with incorrect wattage somehow got sent so they immediately sent the right charger the same day. Been using it for a month now no issues. Good service, quick delivery!

Ben was great in answering all my questions, even taking the trouble to weigh the laptop I was interested in.

Then, when I missed that laptop, he looked out for me when another similar one came through, that's the one I bought, and I'm very pleased with it.
