The person I spoke with was knowledgeable and professioal and didn't try to over sell me, very pleasant to deal with. I chose the 2nd shipping option yet received my tubes the next day. The Electro Harmonix worked very well. You have a new customer. Thanx for everything.

Jon is very helpful and service oriented :-) I live in Denmark, ordered a tube set for my Audio Research preamp on a thursday, friday it was shipped, and I recieved it the folowing tuesday, inc time for clearance :-) And the tubes sound wonderfull :-)

Fast shipping. Unlike many other valve resellers, you know what you're getting with these guys. Haven't got a bad tube from them. Only negative is they are a bit pricey and shipping is a little high.

I admit, I ordered the wrong vacuum tube. A few hours later I asked that the transaction be cancelled. "Too Late", and I was told that I have been notified that it had been shipped. Two days later, it arrives...I slap a return label and pay return postage. Two weeks later, after no communication, I went to cancel the replacement reorder. "Too Late", I was told again that it had been shipped, again after no communication. Basically a take-it-or-leave-it attitude. I'm leave it.
