My time spent working with Alex and his circles was very helpful for me. I signed up for the men's circle and the mixed circle, both of which helped me to connect deeply to others, to share my concerns and to grow in a supportive and safe environment. After the success of these I also worked one to one with Alex and found his teaching to be full of wisdom and kindness. Alex is doing a very important job in a world where this work is deeply needed and the benefits to your life personally can be profound. This worked helped in providing a safe environment to allow myself to take off some of my 'armour' and feel the true strength that was lying underneath. Every 'modern man' will benefit from this type of work and Alex teaches with integrity, honour and respect.

Working with Alexander and the Unmasked Man was a profound part of my journey back into strong and healthy masculinity. All of the spaces and circles were very well health and I learned so much about facilitation techniques and how to hold Brothers through participating in the facilitator training. Alexander, the leader of our course, was super kind and sweet and always available to support and was also flexible with me as my nomad life needed that for our calls and I really appreciated that. I highly recommend this experience to any man looking to go deeper into himself and/or any man who feels the call to support other men.

I've been coached by Alex now for almost 2 years and he's changed my life. His guidance and full presence, coupled with his knowledge and expertise has been pivotal for the development of my personal life and my career as a coach. I cannot recommend this man enough.

Alex was the first person I met on my journey into Men’s work and I’m so glad I had him to guide me. The best healer’s are the ones who eventually become unnecessary and equip people with the tools to carry on in their journey. While I still consider Alex a necessary part of my life because he is just an awesome guy, I feel empowered to be able to handle what comes my way on my own as well.

In today's world where emotions are mostly expressed in emojis/gifs and over texts where life has become mostly digital, TheUnmaskedMan comes to rescue for most men. Men are usually known for not being able to express their emotions, but Alexander's community and TheUnmaskedMan mission help with saving many men from modern's depression of digital verse. I love all the events organized and hosted by TheUnmaskedMan for learning to be a better man, contentment, being able to open up, share the feelings within community without any judgement. It definitely helps many people to go on the organized retreats and get detoxed with TheUnmaskedMan.

Alex helped me get out of a real hole in my life with his support and love. He has created a beautiful thing that allows men to express freely and really release the stereotypes that the modern world has out upon men. Breaking barriers and giving men a chance to be free of the chains we all have.

The Unmasked Man with Alexander Cottle is one of the best online men's groups I have had the pleasure of attending.
His ability to hold space and make his participants feel supported in vulnerable situations is amazing, and each session leaves me excited to come back for the next!

Fantastic service provided.really understanding and connecting with the true essence of what it is to be a mature man.excellent programme provided and delivered with commitment and great care for his clients.Alexander is an excellent facilitator of the programme he offers.I believe it’s the evolution of man to a higher level of maturity and consciousness.if you would like to look at what it means to understand yourself then I highly recommend this training.
