My parcel hasn’t arrived in time for Xmas despite me paying for next day delivery the package has been damaged and I haven’t received a new one and nobody has got back to me at all can someone tell me what’s happening as I’ve paid over £200

I am really happy with my purchase from the watch hut , i have very small wrists and i wanted a small dial Olivia Burton metal strap watch . I can highly recommend as you always find something with a great discount .

So bought my wife a watch and a necklace. 2 day delivery so ordered two weeks before Christmas….

Well it’s gone missing, confirmed by customer services. No emails since. Had to submit another email help.

Two regrets, using this company by thinking they would use a decent courier firm, but they chose Evri…. This is the email I got…

No update. No further news. Evri tracking shows it’s still waiting for the parcel…..

Have no confidence in this company to ensure the watch and necklace is here before Christmas. Thanks Watch Hut.

UPDATE: there is a phone number to ring and surprise, there is no one to speak to as “all gone online”. So my card company have raised a dispute and I’ve emailed rejecting the watch and necklace. Had to go elsewhere. Lesson learnt.

I’m fairness, it seems it was Evris issue and once raised a dispute was refunded. I would totally recommend not using Evri

Upon opening the watch, it was dislocated from its holder within the box. The dial was ticking and there were fingerprints/smudges across the plastic wrap, giving me the impression someone had already opened it.

Absolutely disgusting service. Still waiting for 2 day delivery and that was 5,days ago. Have emailed 4 times and no response. You say customer comes first what a joke. Will never use again and will pist all over social media platforms

Despatch was quick. I ordered a Jasper Conran watch for my daughter for Christmas. I know she will be really pleased with it. Working on testing, just hope things continue to do so.

My watch arrived without the white plug and consequently does not work. It was marked checked - but not obviously checked well enough. I now have to return it, which is so annoying as it will cost me more money. Very disappointed and I will not purchase from you again.

I feel really lucky to have found this website. An impressive array of timepieces.

Have not received watch yet as returned to sender by Evri and no further information regarding when I will receive it or refund ?

Evri left parcel on doorstep wwhike i was out. When i gof hime it was misssing. Stolen. Si not happy with The watch hut.

I brought a watch for my partner on here. It was a g shock watch as that’s what he wanted they had some lovely designs and had some grate discounts. The one I picked was lovely and haven’t seen one like it before it was super quick delivery grate service 100% would recommend

Despatch and delivery was very fast. Recipient is delighted with the watch and the presentation was very good.
