I have recently purchased a quality watch for my wife through Watch Source and I am really impressed with their approach and attention. The lady at Watch Source, Laura, went out of her way to help find and recommend watches that may be suitable. Every question I had was answered promptly and politely. The watch arrived gift wrapped and was of excellent quality.
I will definitely use in the future.

Staff were very willing to help. The watch was a gift and the recipient wanted to change it for a slightly different one. This was done without any difficulty and as the second watch was slightly cheaper, the difference was refunded. Very good service.

The whole process was very smooth and I was always kept well informed of developments.
I love the watch and was delighted with the delivery process and the excellent presentation case it arrived in. The discount on the purchase price is genuine and I would recommend this company to anyone thinking about buying a quality watch.

The biggest problem is the leap of faith required in parting with thousands of pounds over the internet/by phone without really knowing the company. However, the watches and the company are genuine and the staff were easy to deal with. I looked at the various payment options and chose the one that suited me.

Unless your watch is in stock it can take 4-6 weeks for the watch to arrive so don’t use this company if time is of the essence. Also remember that it does not come with the manufacturer’s warranty cards etc (though the company covers the watch for 2 years). The watch I received (JLC Master Ultra Thin) is genuine, new and unworn though it looked like someone had removed the clear decals that protect the watch face and lugs (annoying but not a real issue).

Couldn’t be happier with the service & correspondence.
Unfortunately my first choice watch ended up a non runner due to supply issues.
Big thanks to Lee & the team for sorting everything out. Have every intention to use The Watch Source again in the future.

I waited an anxious 3 weeks+ for a watch that was supposedly in stock with a delivery time of 4 - 7 days. They claim to notify you of any delays. They do not. The only communication I had was when I phoned them to ask where my watch was and if there were any problems. To be fair they were very reassuring and I did save £1,450 - but never again.

I ordered a breitling that was late being sent from Switzerland it arrived with the watch source the day I wanted it and on a Saturday morning they hand delivered it to my house!! Fantastic service will definitely use them again
