Excellent communication and customer service, when I needed to adjust the watch strap, they didn't have the part in the office and made a special trip to my house to make sure all was perfect.

Could have kept me better updated in the progress from when I ordered and payed the Watch until it was delevered two months later. When I sent a mail they responded the day after and that was good.

The excellent team at The Watch Source provided honest communications, were very welcoming (in person as well as email) and have access to an incredible array of timepieces at leading prices.

My experience was very positive - their gift-wrap service (free of charge) was brilliant too.

I ordered a Breitling Super Avenger 2 in April'17. After waiting about 3-4 weeks without any communication from TWS, I emailed them. They promptly replied that the watch has been sourced and should only be another week or two before delivery. It did finally arrive around that time. I was very impressed when it did. It was / is the genuine article. Completely brand new, beautifully boxed up with all the papers (including certificate and serial nbr.), tags, etc.
4 stars only because there was no initial communication, otherwise 5 out of 5.

I would recommend this company. I have ordered from them three times now and only once was the watch delivered slightly outside their window and I was informed by the company that this would be the case. In all cases watches have been excellently packaged.

1st time customer and very impressed. I ordered an Oris diver 65 and it arrived very well packaged in the oem box with all required paperwork. Quick delivery too, only took a week and it wasn't in stock. Would definitely use these guys again.
