I bought this case 5 months ago

I bought this case 5 months ago. This case has come unglued. This is clearly poor material. I’ve had cheap cases I’ve bought from
China last longer than 5 months. Do not waste your money and shop elsewhere for something sturdy. I reached out to them and they said they only guarantee their work for three months. Wow, is all I can say!!!

Their reply says I got their cheapest case which was what 20$ and it’s only guaranteed to last 3 months? I can get a cheap case at five below for $5 that has lasted me longer than this case. Exactly my point you sell sub par quality products and u want me to buy another case at 50 percent off so that I have to buy one 3 months and a day later. Like I said don’t spend your money on cheap products or companies who don’t value or respect their customers! Buy anywhere But here and do yourself a favor!!! Your ads to purchase the Disney series
Doesn’t say this is your cheapest case btw so admittedly customer beware and don’t buy the Disney cases which are their “cheapest cases!”

My business will not be missed
funny thing is that each and everyone of your customers should matter to you. Your comment not only
Shows your indifference towards your customers but your unprofessionalism in responding to an opinion. Clearly not everyone will like your products especially when they are cheap, but you can always be professional in your response and this type of response clearly shows your lack of professionalism and I would hope customers take that into consideration before handing over their hard earned money over to a rude and low quality company such as yours. Hopefully, you learn to treat your customers either dignity, respect and realize that making quality products as well as having good customer service is key to a successful company. I’m sure you won’t miss my hard earned $20 but if hard working people like me purchase products with their hard earned money, I would Hope that they would spend those dollars on a company who has values and treats their customers with respect..clearly not your company.

You purchased our lowest-tier case, which clearly states it comes with a 3-month warranty. You contacted us after 5 months, well outside of that coverage. Despite this, we still offered you a 50% discount on our newest, strongest case as a goodwill gesture.

Leaving a 1-star review after we explained the warranty terms and extended an offer is unfair. We stand by our policies, and thousands of customers who choose our upgraded range are extremely happy with their purchase.

Edit:

Our cases are clearly tiered on every product page, you’d have to ignore that information to miss it. A 3-month warranty on an entry-level case is generous, and you seem to be the only one who has taken issue with it.

When you contacted us well after that warranty expired, we still offered you a 50% discount on our new, stronger case range as a goodwill gesture. Instead of appreciating that, you dismissed it and came straight here to post a review without even replying to our email.

We work extremely hard to design stronger, more protective cases without compromising the artwork our customers love. Thousands of repeat buyers trust us and continue to support our brand. We value them deeply and frankly, your business will not be missed.

Good customer service!

I ordered my cases and they came really quickly and they are soooooo nice. After 5 months one of the sides started to separate and I emailed them a picture of it and my order number and their response was “unfortunately we don’t carry that case any more so please choose any case as a replacement. Within 2 emails I received shipping confirmation. Very happy with their service.

Took about a week to arrive, well worth the wait! Package was left outside my letterbox which was a bit annoying as it could have been stolen but other than that the cases are sick 👌

SCAM! Do not trust company or give them your money

SCAM! Ordered 3 weeks ago and my cases still have not been dispatched! They say they have been “processed” but the tracking they give me shows they “booked” the label almost 2 weeks ago but that it hasn’t been picked up yet. When I questioned them on that they said the courier had limits to how much could be collected each day and they will be collected by the next day (this was a week ago so label already had been created over a week) and yet a week later still hasn’t been collected yet all they will say is “it’s been processed”. I will be filing a charge back as 3 weeks and no dispatch is disgusting.

I have emailed MULTIPLE times and they keep making excuses and lying and are no help.
When I turned to their socials they blocked me on all socials. If they were legit they would try to resolve, NOT immediately block.

Clearly they are scamming me and not giving me my items. Be warned, this is a scam company, don’t give them your money!

EDITED AFTER THEIR REPLY BELOW (which took them almost 3 months!):
1) I never received the cases, only my refund as I made claim through PayPal dispute. So no I did not “choose” to keep the cases as I never got them.
2) company was IGNORING my emails weeks on ends so yes I got very angry when they wouldn’t reply and wouldn’t dispatch my order a MONTH AFTER ORDERING. No where on their website did it say it was over a month for dispatch.
3) in regard to their claim of “we noticed a pattern of highly aggressive reviews against small businesses”, I have not left “threatening reviews” for other small businesses. I have 1 for a company that was not even a bad review, just was honest about their review but there was NOTHING “highly aggressive” like they say, then this companies review. Company is just trying to discredit me and my review with people who read it trying to make it look like I’m lying. But I have everything in writing, all communication including the emails they were ignoring and how they lied and said it was being picked up by courier that week yet 3 weeks later still had not been.
4) if they think “trying to resolve the situation” is ignoring my emails then sure, but no I don’t think lying and then ignoring customers is trying to resolve anything.
5) they were the ones who blocked me on social media when I left a comment because they were ignoring me so their response was to block me, which is when I said I would take it to TikTok etc, but I never said I “would attack every part of the business” so I’d love to see proof of me saying that. Once again lies by them.

This is an absolutely horrible company, horrible customer service and disgusting business practices. Do not buy from them.

Your order was placed during a period clearly noted on our website as being affected by Lunar New Year holiday delays and temporary logistics disruptions. We communicated this to you multiple times via email, apologized sincerely for the inconvenience, and provided ongoing updates. Despite factors beyond our control, we assured you we were actively working to resolve the situation.

In addition, we refunded you in full—even before the cases had been delivered—to try to resolve your concerns. You still received the cases, but chose not to return them.

Throughout our communication, we were met with repeated threats, including your stated intent to use your claimed “3.5 million TikTok followers” to damage our business, create multiple accounts to spam our social media, and leave negative reviews across all platforms if we didn’t meet your escalating demands. You also threatened to “attack every part of our business.”

Upon reviewing your Trustpilot activity, we noticed a pattern of highly aggressive reviews against small businesses. We genuinely tried to resolve this situation fairly and professionally despite the hostility directed toward us.
