We do not sell counterfeit products from China. Our detailed return to exchange policy is visible on our website. The item was shipped back to you and a delivery confirmation was received. I understand that this is not the experience that you wanted. Nor is it the experience that our store would like to have had with you as a customer. The product you received was not damaged and the box was opened on your end. We have not scammed you or anyone else. Thank you for your review.

Your product arrived on time within the 14 business days window as all hair and beauty products ship and arrive to our customers. We've asked in multiple email communications for you to submit the item(s) that you would like to exchange the product for. You did not comply; we sent you another product as a courtesy when you requested that we mail back the item that was returned to us.

Again, we received delivery confirmation that the product was received on your end within the 14 business days delivery window. Products ship directly from the warehouse and arrive within 14 business days. Any delays in shipping are communicated via email.

Hello Lori. You received instructions via email on how to return the shoes so that we can ship you another pair. We were not provided with evidence to your claim. We ask that our customers submit via email a photo of the shoes that they receive and to date we have not received an email from you. In addition, our return policy you received via email. Our return policy is also on our website.

"Product not as described claims: understand that the image is not a product description. The image may have text that describes the product's function and desired look further (for example a curling iron with text pointing to the different functions of the hairstyling tool or a model wearing the outfit that is being described). Understand that images are enhanced for marketing purposes. We all want to look like the models in the images, however, the model doesn't even look like the model in the picture once the image has been enhanced. Having said that, if you receive a product that is not as described in the product description, contact us immediately via email with a picture of the product that you received (you can use your cellphone to take the picture) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right."

Hello Kessea,

We have responded to all of your email communications. We sent four return labels via email and on the fourth email we sent you the link to your return label and a print out of the return label. We asked in multiple emails for you to list the item(s) that you would like to exchange the shirts for and to date you have not sent the itms that you want to exchange the shirts for.

In an ideal situation our customers email us what their exchange is and we ship the exchange as we await the return of the item that is being exchanged. To date, you have not followed our policy. The resolution is to return the shirts and email the item(s) that you would like to exchange the shirts for.

Hello. Your order was delivered within the guaranteed timeframe as stated in our shipping policy. We responded to all of your email communications. And no we are not USPS. We report the same shipping/tracking information that you received via email. We would love to be able to communicate directly with the shipping carrier in real time, however, we do not have that capability.

Orders placed on our marketplace platform take up to 72 hours to post. Once the order posts our warehouses processes and ships orders within 7 to 10 business days.

Once an item has shipped it can take up to 30 days to be delivered. Tracking begins the day that the order is shipped and not on the date that the order is placed. Your order arrived within the guaranteed delivery timeframe as stated in our shipping policy on our website.

This is the service review section. In this section we ask customers to leave a review of the manner in which their products were delivered by USPS. Your expersions of how you feel about the product is a partial product review.

We have a return-to-exchange policy. We do not issue refunds. Our return policy is also on our website. In addition, we ask all customers to send an email with their order number in the subject line and a picture of the product that they've received. We will await your email with the picture, you can use your cellphone to take the picture.

Hello Susan,

We've responded to every communication that you have sent to our store. In those email communications, we informed you of how your order is shipped, when you would receive the tracking numbers, and the timeframe that an order will take to arrive. We don't have communications that does not state that an order can take up to 30 days to be delivered. It is also on our website.

You received two tracking numbers for two purse orders. You've also been asked to return the purses upon receipt because you've filed false claims with Facebook/Instagram and our bank. We communicated to you that orders cannot be canceled once they are in transit. You had Facebook/Instagram cancel your order which is why you are only seeing one tracking number. You were emailed two tracking numbers.

Orders placed on Facebook/Instragram process and ship in 7 business days for standard items and 10 business days for made-to-order items. We do not receive payment until your order is delivered so it is important to our store that you receive your order. Our shipping policy is on our website. We communicate via email. Kindly send an email with your order number in the subject line for further questions surrounding your order.

Our emails are automated. You may receive an email asking you to review the item that you received. If you have not received your order, then you do not have to respond to the email requesting a review until your order is received. The email is sent out once a month on the same date to all customers who have placed an order.

We have not received any communications via email from you. Customers are asked to send an email with their order number in the subject line for order and delivery status updates. We do not have any customers who have placed an order in November to not have already received their orders. Every order placed in November was recieved by our customers already. We will await your email to resolve this matter professionally.

The best method of communication is to send an email with your order number in the subject line. We communicate via email. Our phone is for messages only. You receive your tracking number and the link to track your package via email. Check your inbox/spam folder for email communications. You received free standard shipping. Our shipping policy is on our website. All orders are delivered within the guaranteed delivery timeframe as stated in our shipping policy. It is best to leave a review when the item is received.
