They were very easy to deal with and gave great advice and kept us up to date with the process.

I cannot speak highly enough of Judith and she has just guided me through my divorce with great advise and excellent insight.

Where do we start. Thomas Flavell & Sons were absolutely amazing throughout the whole process of buying our first home. In particular, we had the pleasure having Frannie Simpson as our point of contact throughout our whole journey. There were a lot of obstacles we had to get through, but Frannie was excellent at keeping us well informed, reassured and chasing any queries quickly and efficiently, she really is a great asset to TFS. We would highly recommend TFS for anyone looking at purchasing their first home. We certainly will be using them again in the future!

Please stay away from these solicitors, We came to these to sell our house, right from the beginning, communication has been shocking, not passing on messages etc. constantly chasing them to see what the situation is. We had problems with our mortgage company and wanted to let the new buyers know the completion date so we didn’t get a early repayment fee, this was communicated to the solicitor and wasn’t passed on and caused massive problems, dealing with about 4 different solicitors us just rediculous, Was called about 5 times to confirm completion date, they didn’t verify our details for payment so payment got delayed, which caused problems with other companies. delay in invoice in being sent and having to chase yet again. I will not use them again.
PLEASE STAY AWAY!
No professionalism and considering how much you have to pay them to do the job, which wasn’t done properly.
