I had a great experience with Frannie our Trainee Conveyancer. She kept us informed and updated as soon as she had updates. All though we had stresses with purchasing the home due to issues that arisen on a Structural report. We felt that without the support from Thomas Flavell & Sons, and especially Frannie, we would of not been where we are! Gemma and Lyn were great throughout the sale of my property. Gemma was my day to day contact and was always happy to respond to my queries. The process was not easy due to the other parties solicitor but they worked hard in the background to ensure we exchanged and completed.
