Tim Hare has gone above and beyond with helping me transfer a property as part of a financial order in my divorce proceeding. I came to him when other lawyers from another company caused so many delays, problems, and evebtually gave up. Tim asked all of the pertinent questions, understood exactly what I required, and then managed to do exactly what I needed in under 2 months when other solicitors had dragged it along (and then gave up) for 18 months.
