I was diagnosed with Mesothelioma (Asbestosis) about 18 months ago after experiencing increased breathlessness. Called to obtain a quote for reviewing a settlement agreement and call handler was awful. Condescending tone, rude and put phone down on me before advising me on when I might hear back from someone. Very unprofessional first impression is not a good start!
