Thornbury looks after their nurses and ensure that they are well paid for their work.

I have worked for Thornbury Nursing Services for 14 years now.
I cant tell you how much I have benefitted from the extra shifts over the years and being paid within just a few days of your shift in some cases, makes saving for a specific holiday or preparing for that large bill on the horizon so much easier and pain free.
It is no secret that Thornbury are the most professional nursing agency and their nurses are too!!
That makes me feel incredibly proud, to be part of such a great family.

Amazing company to work for, prompt payment of wages, fabulous incentives they really care about their staff. Throughout the pandemic o could get regular calls to ask if I’m well or have any concerns.

TNS QUITE RELIABLE AND SUPPORTIVE OF THEIR NURSES

I started working in Thornbury Nursing Services since 2010 as part time and I find that the money was very good so by 2017 I decided to go full time. Through out the second wave of covid I worked in A&E covid area but unfortunately by last week of February the Department of Health and social care send a letter instructing to go on shielding because of my health back ground so I stop working but Thornbury Nursing Service didn't leave me penniless because the TNS covid response team was very quick to assessed my situation and the support of TNS was excellent

Thornbury Nursing Services is an excellent company to work for. They are very professional and supportive. If you have to contact them, there members are always very helpful. Its an absolute pleasure working for them. On all the shifts I have worked the clients have made me very welcome.

This is my 7th year working with Thornbury Nursing Services. I now work on a full time basis with them, no other agency. I like that they pay a very decent rate and timely for the service that I provide, they are professional when handling queries or complaints and offer good advice/ guidance whenever I have found myself stuck during work. Their training is relevant and appropriate and compliance is important to them as it is to me as a practising professional.

Great company to work for. They give good advice to their nurses, and encourage them in many different ways, they take the hassle out of you while you work specially in the present time.
