The customer service agents are great! They answered all the my questions, and took care of any concerns I had!

Threads were very easy to deal with. The setup and migration process from SFDC to Hubspot, was simple and effective. Any queries were dealt with in a timely fashion.

Threads proved to be our only viable solution for migrating our emails from our past CRM to HubSpot.
The migration took much longer than expected, but this was an exceptional case.
The support team was very helpful and responsive, keeping us up to date all along the way.

Last year I was migrating from one CRM to another I struggled with the need to maintain my team's transparency into important email conversations with our customers. I was extremely excited when I found Threads, which as far as I can tell is the only solution of it's kind. Not losing that window into current and former teammates' customer conversations has been invaluable, and it completely removed what would otherwise have been a huge cost of switching CRMs. The new integration with HubSpot makes it even more valuable.

The Threads software is very useful for keeping a large team on the same page and ensuring that all clients and contacts are being dealt with. The Threads team is incredible at helping their clients installing and setting up the software and ensuring that it fits their needs. A very good experience all around.
