Shereen was great - Fantastic customer service!
Shereen was great - I had a few contracts that we previously moved to a business plan, that saved me money and made my life alot easier from a single bill and common renewal date perspective.
I added 2 more numbers to the contract this weekend and as usual Shereen took time to explain my options, worked with me to find the right plan to suit my needs and was friendly and helpful throughout.
I felt like valued as a customer, listened too and not just a transaction... This is not common for mobile phones where it is pretty much a given that everybody needs one - its experiences like this that make a difference and keep your customers.

Staff patient and helpful!

Returned the next day with a minor query and another member of staff, Mohammed was also very helpful.
