I came in today for a new Google pixel. I was met by Jason who is a top salesman. Not only did he provide a great service, he also has great chat! I didn't know getting a phone contract could be a fun experience overall. Very impressed by his customer service skills and would highly recommend!

I came in for a new phone and to renew…
I came in for a new phone and to renew my contract; I was skeptical and unsure if I wanted to stay with the company. That’s when you really need a staff member who can convince you to stay—and that’s exactly what Jason did, demonstrating why renewing was the right move. Jason has been working at the Bury St Edmunds branch for years and knows his stuff; I didn't feel like I was being fed a sales pitch—he was open and honest with us. I really hope everything he told us turns out to be true and that Three finally improves its NETWORK/SIGNAL, which drops out in many places across England. Thanks, Jason, for getting me a great deal—wishing you all the best in your work!

Jason at the Bury St Edmunds store is the best person I’ve ever dealt with in terms of phones and phone contracts, nothing is ever too much and he provides calm and fair advice. Whenever I’ve been tempted to change networks, I’ve stayed primarily because of the service he provides.

Not just a phone purchase but an advice session.
Jason was really helpful with my new phone purchase; understood my limited smartphone needs and didn’t try to sell me something I wouldn’t use. He took time to explain the fundamentals of network connections, SIM cards , storage limits, transferring data etc etc with great patience. All in all a good shopping experience.

I was nervous at the start to come into 3 because it was a first time
I was nervous at the start to come into 3 because it was a first time getting a contract with a sim. But I was welcomed and Jason had helped me and I could understand everything he was saying because usually people talk very quickly but I could understand what I need to do and I had all my questions answered aswell. He was very kind and I love the customer service.
