Went into the store today with viruses on my phone. James helped and reassured me about the viruses and got my phone work properly again and helped calm me down from the stress it had caused couldn't thank him enough.

Joe from the Cramlington store was excellent everything was explained in detail he even gave me a bundle deal his manager Kelly was also fantastic couldn't fault them at all excellent customer service from both would thoroughly recommend going into this store.

We initially contacted Three store in Cramlington to enquire regarding broadband. Joe was extremely helpful and informative, so we headed into store to sign up. He had us organised with new broadband within half an hour with excellent advice to help us on our way. Once home, the system was absolutely simple to install and is working brilliantly. Joe is a credit to the company.
