All was fully explained by Carys who was excellent and even got me better deals.
Customer service was tops.
Have been with three for many years and today was another excellent shopping experience

Carys was very. helpful sorting a new phone for a family member and updating us with the best deals available according to our contracts.
Also gave suggestions as to how to remedy the problem I have making calls from my streets around my home address with Three. (Looks like a problem with the signal) . Would like to look into getting this problem resolved.

Great experience in the store. Anastasiya was particularly helpful , provided a lot of information about different products, and was able to provide a suitable option in store. Was very clear and informative about the contracts, data speeds which could be offered as well as number of devices which could be connected. Highly recommend going to the East Kilbride store for customer support

Anastasiya was amazing. We are going on holiday and were very worried our WiFi wouldn't be delivered on time. We repeated this as it was a real concern. Anastasiya was polite courteous and knowledgeable. She checked and found a WiFi package we could take away. She put in the SIM after offering to which was great. She took her time , went through payment options. She explained the difference between various options. If you are as good as your staff 3 is outstanding.

Chris was very helpful with our update and the process was handled efficiently.

Callum at the Three shop East Kilbride was very patient and personable. He helped us both find contracts that worked for our needs at a competitive price.

My server today was Chloe who had. A lot of patients as well as forward thinking answering questions before they came up.
Personable and confident to ask her supervisor when she was unclear herself insuring the correct information was given

Emily was knowledgable, helpful, and made things easy to understand. She was friendly, and made updating my mobile phone contracts a simple and painless process.

Your assistant Emily was so helpful and pleasant and had the problems I was having with my phone resolving a very short time. I really do appreciate her help.

I’m 79 years old and not in the least tech savvy.
Today is the second time that I’ve been helped by Emily and I have nothing but praise and gratitude for her patience, technical knowledge and willingness to go beyond what would be considered her job.

She corrected issues which were not related to my THREE contract and did so with obvious empathy for my ignorance as to how modern technology works.

The East Kilbride store is fortunate to have Emily as an employee and I am sure that whatever school has her as a teacher in future will be equally fortunate.
