I visited the shop in Eastbourne and was served by Maria . As always the service was excellent , she really is a credit to Three . Very helpful and knowledgeable .

Had a lovely experience this morning
Had a lovely experience this morning in the shop upgrading my phone. The gentleman was very friendly and polite and understanding of how tired I was so explained everything extra clearly for me. Overall highly satisfied and great service.

Had an absolutely fantastic interaction with the lovely EMMA recently! EMMA was outstanding, explained everything brilliantly and the whole experience with EMMA was an absolute delight! Cannot recommend EMMA and the rest of the Eastbourne team highly enough!

Exceptional Customer Service
I had an issue wit my phone that seemed pretty complex, but Marie was able to fix it with such professionalism and expertise. From the moment I walked in to ask for help, she was friendly, patient, and took the time to thoroughly understand the problem. What stood out most was Marie’s willingness to go above and beyond to ensure that everything was working perfectly before wrapping up. It’s rare to encounter such dedicated and attentive service, and I felt truly supported. Thank you Marie.

Excellent service
We popped into the Eastbourne store to swap from another phone company to take advantage of threes very good prices. Charlie made the whole process extremely smooth and easy. His professional and friendly manner definitely reinforces our choice to switch to three.
