Tsolaye today was very helpful and sorted my problem with U switch migration to Three. He also helped with transfer of PAC code and old number transfer.

I came to the Enfield branch this afternoon frustrated because my phone was lost and someone's been using my number on WhatsApp. I was first attended to by Sammy who was very unhelpful and gave me a wrong advice. My enquiry was later dealt with by one of your very helpful, pleasant, patient staff named Zahra. May I please ask the manager to thank Zahra for her help solving my problems at the branch. This is the second time i have been attended to by Zahra. I find her very knowledgeable, helpful and always eager to make customers satisfied. Thank you Zahra.You are highly appreciated. Please keep it up.

Holly at the Enfield Town Three store was absolutely amazing today. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions without rushing me, and made sure I felt confident about my decisions before I left.
It’s not often you come across customer service like this Holly was professional, knowledgeable, and so friendly throughout. She really went above and beyond to help me, and I left feeling very impressed.
