Tsolaye today was very helpful and sorted my problem with U switch migration to Three. He also helped with transfer of PAC code and old number transfer.

This is for Mahdi
I recently purchased a phone on contract from Three Mobile Enfield and had a great experience with MAHDI, he had such a great customer services skills and his expertise in sales were unmatched. He was so knowledgeable about phones and all three products. He was so helpful and provided an excellent and top notch services. He explained the contract in details clearly and mentioned that how many months, I am taking the contract and he added insurance for extra safety and security concerns which really helps. He deeply concerned about three customers and he helped me to choose the best phone for my needs. He was so patient with all my questions and he given me all answers correctly and accurately to ensurethat I have understood everything before finalised my phone.
And he offered me 14 days customer satisfaction opportunity aswell that if you are still not happy with the phone you are most welcome to change or replace.
Thank you Mahdi for your smooth and hassle-free customer services experience. I'd definitely recommend Three Mobile to all my friends and family and make sure for this, that they all will come and visit to Three at Enfield Shopping Mall.
Thank you THREE.CO.UK for your trust and honesty which keeps me with you since 17 years today 🙌
