Lee and Barry were really helpful when I had a problem with my SIM card. The original problem wasn’t caused by Three at all but they totally came to my rescue and made sure it got sorted quickly and easily before I ran to catch a long distance train, and I’m really grateful.

Exceptional service from Barry at Three, Buchanan Street, Glasgow
Exceptional service from Barry at Three, Buchanan Street Glasgow. Barry was attentive, friendly and welcoming. I was struggling to make a decision between which iPhone 17 I should get and how much this would affect my monthly account.
Barry through his knowledge, honesty and also sharing personal example of the iPhone 17 pro he currently uses, I was able to make a decision. By no way did I feel rushed or influenced into making a decision. He provided information that allowed me to make an informed decision.
Many thanks to Barry for his excellent customer skills. And to add to that I, travelled all the way from the south side, so yes it was worth the journey!

Barry and Stuart were a massive help in choosing my next phone, going through all the options without any push of sales. I was made to feel welcome and was able to walk out with a new phone same day. Thanks Glasgow Three!
