I came in store with an issue on my device and saw Dan who fixed it for me in no time at all and showed me what had happened and explained how to fix it if it happened again.

There needs be more people like John out there to help us elderly with this technology, I was in such a mess with my phone and he sat me down, calmed me down and clearly explained how to resolve it, he helped that much that it made me realise that some people are there to help us elderly,thankyou so much john

I cane in because ny mobile broadband had stopped working and I couldn't get it to work no matter what I did. Dan helped me out in store and made everything look so simple but he explained it and made me feel at ease.
