Luke and his colleague who I can’t…
Luke and his colleague who I can’t remember the name he was working on Sunday the 4th January at 2pm , they were both angels , 10/10 customer service . I was going to go to vodaphone but purely based on there customer service I decided to choose 3 three. They were both very knowledgeable and friendly and answered all my questions in a way that I fully understood so I really appreciate them and they both deserve they pay rise as they go over and above.

Came to the 3 Store in Hastings to enquire about my upgrade - Luke was amazing and made everything very straightforward and simple, and was very patient whilst I looked at various options. Stefan was also very helpful. Great store and customer service!

Wonderful
I was supported by Luke in store today to upgrade my phone and open a new contract, he was wonderful at his job and helped dumb it down for me because I'm not particularly tech savvy.

The expertise, patience and professionalism was superb.
Also the customer experience was fantastic.

Amazing in store experience
Frankie was very helpful. All staff are professional, polite and courteous. Explained everything clearly, worked out the cheapest deals for us. They have the best staff and I wouldn’t consider getting my mobile tech anywhere else
