Easy shopping.
Really easy to go in store and get things sorted with the staff, they all know what they are doing, giving the customer the best value for money.

Absolute wreck of a company.
Absolute wreck of a company.
My vulnerable mother went in for general advice about mobile internet. She isn't a customer and was just asking for guidance. A staff member convinced her to unlock her phone and hand it over. He then contacted her provider pretending to be her and requested a pack to be sent for her to switch to 3 which she explicitly told them she wasn't interested in. She wasn't even aware until contacted the following day by her provider.
I went in to the store and the response from the manager was a shrug. There was no apology or acknowledgement. He said it's her word against the staff members and he'd "have a word"
Completely unacceptable and I'm raising the complaint to a higher level due to a pitiful response from the manager. I would suggest this falls way below the expected GDPR and TCF guidelines within the broader company and I Will contact 3's QA or governance for further advice before moving forward.

This is very concerning to hear, Ross, and we understand it was not your mother's intention to take out a service from Three at the store via a switch. As you've indicated having already started Three's complaints process, we'll make sure that this is investigated alongside you. -Michael
Give the shops a chance
While Three seems to have a bad press, I have to give a big heads up to Alex in the king Edward store Hull. He spent time and patience going through deals against online deals. I have to say this man was not pushy, gave all the options, best of all got the same deal as online but with a free case and screen protector. Give the shops a chance.
