Absolutely brilliant customer service
Absolutely brilliant customer service. The team were able to set me up with a new phone and transfer all of my information within 35 minutes, after I’d had a meltdown with O2.
Friendly, knowledgeable and keen to help, I would highly recommend visiting the Kirkcaldy branch. 👍👍👍

Megan was absolutely fantastic in sorting my upgrade today, she was very thorough and helpful, ensuring I got the phone I wanted with the most suitable data package, and was very pleasant and friendly also.
