Amazing customer service from this store
Petro is an absolutely amazing customer service rep, he sorted all my plans out which another store had messed up and Petro actually saved me money, I will definitely come back to this store and to Petro when my other accounts need upgrading

Purchased the New 5G outdoor wifi hub
Purchased the New 5G outdoor wifi hub. Completed all mu checks for service in my are ect.
Recived the device, no joy. Called customer service and was basicly told imediatly to return the unit or give it to a family member

It was your team who came to this solution without any real assistane. I have a coppy of the full conversation if you wish to see it. I cannot post here as its too long.
It was a very strange interation. Very poor service and comunication. If i did not specify how i interprited their coments to me i would be paying for a service never recieved.
