Steven is the man
I had an excellent experience at the Three Mobile shop thanks to Steven. When we arrived, he was in the middle of dealing with a very rude and argumentative customer. Despite that, Steven remained calm, professional, and polite, which immediately stood out.
Once it was our turn, he treated me and my partner with the best customer service I have experienced in a phone shop. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping us. Steven did everything he possibly could to make sure we understood our options and even went the extra mile to support us.
We walked out of the store with a new phone, and more importantly, with more answers than questions. It was a real breath of fresh air. Steven is an absolute asset to the business, and I would highly recommend him to anyone visiting the store.

5 stars for Felipe
I came by with some questions about setting up a plan. I was helped by Felipe, who was absolutely a pleasure to deal with. He was very professional but also very friendly, made me feel comfortable and was able to answer all my questions and concerns. Felipe is a true asset to your company.
