Very smooth experience
Zeke answered every question we had and even did all required admin to move from the old network. Highly reccomend him if you are in the Loughborough store.

Very good service
Very good service . Went in for mobile broadband and ended up saving money on phones as well . . All the staff were very helpful sorting all the details and transfers over with no fuss.

Temi at the Loughborough store was so clear in explaining what could of been a complicated upgrade. Impeccable service and put me first. Even put the screen protectors on for me. She really had my est i terest at heart and saved me a bit of money so thank you
