This is my first time of using the three service and the customer care Assistant Vinay was a supportive and dedicated person who made sure he understands what I wanted and was able to help me achieve it in a very smooth way.

I was apprehensive going to the store…
I was apprehensive going to the store as technology isn’t my forte but i was greeted with a smile by Faiz, the manager of the store which made me feel more at ease.
He asked Shyheim to help me and I experienced the best customer service from the latter. Shyheim demonstrated excellent listening skills, empathy, understanding that exceeded my expectations. I noticed an amazing work ethic to do what I asked for which he delivered to the best of his ability as he wanted to the job well. His integrity shone through in his delivery of what was best for me. I left with exactly what I went in for and more importantly feeling better for having the interaction with him.
