Very helpful, patient and transparent
Jasmine ( a trainee) took on the mantle to serve us the moment we got into the shop. She listened to our query and although it was frustrating skipping through multiple deals, she was still quite patient and nice about it. Explained the whole thing to us and gave us what we felt was the best deal. Will be staying with 3 for a long time now due to this experience. Hope everyone has such a wonderful experience as I did. I’m happy with the service I got in store and the deal I was offered. I switched from the other provider so quickly. PS: I was most impressed as she was very transparent with price increases and how to cancel should we wish to, this is something my precious provider simply hid till it was too late. 5 star

Had a problem in a 3 Store…
Had a problem in a 3 Store and called in to the other 3 branch on Northumberland St to ask if they could help. Amy made a couple of calls and went the extra mile to make sure her customer got what they needed. Very happy days. Many thanks Amy you are brilliant 11 out of 10 scored.

Miss sold a contract to my 85-year-old
Miss sold a contract to my 85-year-old, vulnerable, mother-in-law with parkinson's disease, who is housebound. Noticed she was paying a conract to 3 UK for £17.50 a month. Contacted them and they said it was for a contract with two telephone numbers that we had never heard of and they wanted to validate to an email that never came.Or that we knew of. Because of this, they said she would have to go to the local shop even though I repeatedly told them she was housebound. These said there was no other way, and if I wanted to stop the contract, she would have to pay an exit fee, which came to more than all the monies due for the remaining time on the contract. She has never used either of these telephone numbers or knew anything about them or the email they said they were sending her information too. This is disgusting treatment of an elderly, confused and ill Lady.

Great experience
Off chance I was passing the shop, popped in to get my phone sorted out. I was met by a lovely young lady called Jasmine who was very attentive and courteous and I will be asking to speak with her again when I’m in.
