Wayne helped me get my phone working as it had a virus and I couldn't use it also gave me options for new phone a later date if needed

Overseas issue
I had a rather complicated issue regarding overseas usage and Jo in Norwich was extremely helpful.He was also very friendly and had a lovely manner.
