Scunthorpe team are always so helpful I have been a customer for many many years. Always saving me money, always happy to help nothing is too much trouble. Prefer going into store to see someone face to face. Really appreciate the efforts they go to.

The service was excellent
The service was excellent. Sorted my problem out in a few minutes and upgraded me for an extra 60p a month. All with a smile. He explained everything in plain language and didn't make me feel like another old person not knowing how to use my phone. Very good 👍

Disappointed and misled by Three UK
I joined Three in September when I decided to switch from my old network and get a new phone. In the store, the staff were quick to offer deals and recommend phones. Since I’m not very familiar with the latest tech, I trusted their advice and clearly said that the most important thing for me was a good camera, as I often need to take photos for my work.
They assured me the phone would be great, so I signed up and switched to Three. A bit later, I realised the camera was actually worse than on my old phone. I went back to the store, but they said the 14-day return period had passed- I was one day too late, and there was nothing they could do.
Now I’m stuck with a two-year contract for a phone that doesn’t suit my needs, and even the network signal isn’t great.
Counting the days until my contract ends so I can finally leave.
Tip: don’t rely on what the staff say- always double-check everything yourself before you buy.
