The staff member in the 3 store at crystal peaks called tom. Was excellent. His customer service made me stay with 3 mobile as I was going to leave. I left this store really happy.

Nateo at Crystal Peaks
Nateo at Crystal Peaks, along with his colleague were very helpful and sorted us out with a new 5G home hub for less than we're paying for poorer connection speeds, as well as an eSIM for my personal phone. They listened to what we needed, helped us with the technical aspects, didn't fill out heads with jargon, and we're very efficient in getting everything done in around 20 minutes.

I had a really positive experience. Tom helped with my phone and sim upgrade and was able to inform me that I qualified for a better deal than I walked in expecting. Took no time at all and was seamless

They are literally scammers..
They are literally scammers...
I went there (at crystal peaks) for getting simcard. But their simcard didn't worked on my Sony Xperia 1 phone. Thn they offered me a new phone for just 5 pounds extra in my bill for 3 years.. I accepted it. But now my bill is nearly 50 pounds!
I went there back to fix that issues, but they literally told me that it's too late, I've been using the phone for a week!
The phone they gave me (honor 400 smart) is brand new 200 pounds. But now it will cost me over thn 1000 pounds!!!
Shame on you 🖕🖕🖕
