it was the last day of the shop being open and i had the greatest store attendance i could ask for thabks to, siddiq, oana, jordan. it was emotional we all cried love you all

Sidiq in the store was a lovely welcoming helpful person. He explained everything I needed to do to help set up my broadband and my sim only for my phone. Fantastic service well done :)

Pretty frustrated
The store manager at Three in WSM has finally sorted out a problem that’s been going on since Sept. An issue with the PAC code & my old number not transferring over properly, after multiple shop visits & technical support phone calls . Hadn’t heard of an ESIM & didn’t even know it was possible that 2 sims could operate within one new phone. What a palava. The deal was good, but unless I’m compensated for the £74.90 of data that I’ve used from my old network without realising it, I won’t be recommending Three I’m afraid. Not great at explaining things to people who aren’t technically savvy.

Came in to 3 I spoke with a Gentleman…
Came in to 3 I spoke with a Gentleman called Siddiq I was struggling with certain apps, nothing was too much trouble he spent the time to help me so I understood as I am not tech minded. He was very pleasant, polite and a credit to three mobile my experience has restored my faith in customer service which is hard to find nowadays 5 stars from me
