I went into the Three store in Westfield Shepherds bush on the 12th of February. I had the most amazing experience. The customer service lady called Imman was so helpful and so professional. I felt like I was in good hands. Absolutely can recommend Three to anyone wanting to switch. They care !

Amina is the most lovely young lady! Sorted out my contract and gave me the phone I wanted along with some very helpful accessories! She’s the best. I will always go back to her whenever I have an issues.

Arta was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. She took the time to find me the best possible deal for my broadband and also helped connect and sort out another deal I had with a different company. Everything was explained clearly and handled smoothly.
Imman was also helpful and supportive. Overall, a great experience and excellent customer service
