I am writing to make a formal complaint about my experience at this three store and the conduct of an employee called Ana.
I visited the store because i wanted help canceling my tablet contact. Ana told me she would assist with this. Instead she discussed reducing the cost of one of my contract. During the conversation, I clearly explained that I did not want any new contracts or additional commitments.
Ana reassured me that what she was asking me to sign was not a contract. Based on her explanation, i agreed and signed the documents. I later discovered that she had actually signed me up for a 24 month contract, which is the exact opposite of what i had requested.
I believe i was mislead into entering an agreement that i did not understand. I specifically stated that i did not want another contract, and i relied on ana's assurance that this was not a contract. I have photographic evidence from the time of the transaction which supports my account.
I have been a loyal three customer for approximately 15 years, and i am extremely disappointed by the way i have been treated. Ana took advantage of the fact that English is not my first language and that i primary speak Spanish. As a customer who needed clear and honest communication, i feel i was not treated fairly.
