Mr Hamid and Miss Ana
Went to three as I have been a victim of fraud and the manager Hamid and Ana were so so helpful , they helped me to deal with this issue, sorted all out for me, treated me with care and respect , i am very grateful.

3 Network's Excellent Customer Service
Dear Trust Pilot Team,
I had a problem with a fraudulent company called Clear Vision Communications, they are also known as Clear Vision Mobike.
They fraudulently swapped my 3 Neteork SIM to Vodafone.
When I complained about this to 3 Network, Wood Green branch, one of the staff, Hamid, was kind enough to spend over two hours trying to resolve the issue.
3 Network has now recovered my PAC code. My 3 Network SIM will be reinstated in two or three days time courtesy of the expertise, benevolence and professionalism of superstar, Hamid
Can the Trust Pilot Team please extend my best compliments to Hamid and 3 Network, Wood Green.

I was served by Gizem who was lovely, she was very attentive and helpful then today I came in again to get my phone set up and Ana was amazing, very friendly and bubbly and she transferred everything for me and thought me how to use the phone.
