Professional service

SCAMMERS - I hired at car from Girona airport & was advised to return it full of fuel. I did this, took a photo of fuel gauge & kept fuel receipt. They still debited my credit card for tank of fuel

Keep sending harrasing emails and…
Keep sending harrasing emails and invoices stating liable for damage I did not do during rental agreement. Evidence provided car was moved by someone else before their photos were taken, but they still state I'm liable AVOID

Good car and local service, bad overcharging
Good car and service at a reasonable price, but the usual overcharging is a total pain. Clearly it is a managed and planned procedure as trying to get support to resolve is easier than opening the Strait of Hormuz. Better to avoid.

Complete ripoff merchants
Complete ripoff merchants. At Kerry airport, I was charged for premium emergency roadside cover(€56) and also Wheel Tyre and Glass Cover (€56) withhout being asked. According to their website, the latter is included in the €152 Supercover that I took out. Because the plane was late landing, I was charged €30 for late collection (they had to stay open till around 7pm rather than usual 6.30pm). The actual total bill was over three times the headline rental price of €169 for 8 days rental.

Entreprise parfaitement malhonnête : n'accepte pas que l'assurance soit celle de la carte gold et oblige le client à prendre son assurance ce qui double le prix de la location !!
A fuir absolument c'est du racket organisé et le client n'a pas le choix quand tout le voyage dépend du véhicule.

I recently visited the Switch branch in Stirchley Birmingham and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked in the atmosphere was welcoming and well organized, but what truly made the visit stand out was the exceptional service I received from Anil and Brian.
Both Anil and Brian were incredibly professional, approachable, and genuinely attentive. They took the time to understand exactly what I needed, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. Their knowledge and calm, friendly manner turned what could have been a routine visit into a genuinely positive experience. It’s rare to come across customer service that feels this sincere and effortless. Anil and Brian are a real credit to the team I truly hope they get the recognition they deserve. They went above and beyond without ever making it feel forced. I left feeling valued as a customer and very satisfied with the service I received.
I would highly recommend this branch to anyone, especially if you have the chance to be assisted by Anil and Brian. They truly set the standard for professionalism and customer care.

Nothing short of robbery
Nothing short of robbery. Charged 55 Euros for fuel refilling the rental car even though I returned it full with a receipt to prove it. I will never use these guys or the comparison site We Do Spain again. Thrifty they are not

All fine until post drop off charging my credit card over £120 for no reason and refusing to answer on why this was done or refund the money! Avoid!!!!

As a motability customer, seems RAC / Motability have change hire partners from Eurocar to Thrifty, it is a brilliant change. Thrifty understood my needs and the urgency for a vehicle as mine was in the workshop.Brilliant front line service with vehicle tracked up to delivery. Well done Thrifty

Manager was really rude
Manager was really rude. And then made me park my car on the main busy road. And then purposely took ages to sort out my hire car. Really wished I had chosen Enterprise around the corner. Won’t be coming back… although I must say the other staff were sympathetic and tried their best to help but had to follow orders.
