Service and lack of communication
I am writing this review to detail a very disappointing experience I had with your car rental service.
⢠Unsatisfactory Vehicle & False "Upgrade": Despite being told I received an "upgrade" from my reserved vehicle (a Fiat Doblo or equivalent), the car I was assignedâa Dacia Dusterâwas in poor condition.
⢠It was already significantly damaged before I took possession.
⢠The vehicle was not clean, neither inside nor out.
⢠I absolutely do not consider this an upgrade from the car I had initially booked. I even mentioned my concerns about the vehicle's state to your agent, Outhmane, at the time of pickup.
⢠Deposit/Refund Concern: I have not yet received the refund or the release of my security deposit/holding fee.
⢠Lack of Communication and Follow-Up: This is perhaps the most frustrating aspect.
⢠I have sent multiple messages to the manager of the Nador office since November 20th with no satisfactory resolution or response.
⢠Furthermore, I submitted a formal complaint to the parent company, Hertz, and have received absolutely no feedback or response after a full week.
