For weeks I tried to get a delivery date, and got referred to the shipper, who had no information of my purchase. And then I got a call from the shipper upon their arrival. I wasn't even in town!!! Great customer service. I lost a key and the manual for my safe. They responded to my email immediately, sent a pdf of the manual and sent instructions to order the keys from them. The timing and cost to get new keys was very reasonable and they followed thru quickly. I would definitely recommend this company as both the safe and service are excellent.
