Fast delivery, however product let down by some of the edges being damaged and in some places the planks were split.

Really good quality and value and the company are really responsive and customer focused. Only improvement could be if you got notice of delivery so you can arrange to be at home for large items.

Exactly what I needed lovely oak windowsills and very helpful in retooling to give me the chamfer I wanted at minimal cost- the only place I could find for such a long piece of oak

They delivered when they said they would, even when I ordered more, and then due to my own mistake I needed to change some of it to different size, and because of time constraint I took it back and exchanged with no problem excellent customer service

Really glad we ordered with this company. Ordered a large piece of PAR sapele. Realised that the dimensions were slightly off day after the order. Was able to call up and get it adjusted immediately. The product has just arrived and is perfect for finishing off a custom headboard.

I ordered some skirting and delivery was quick but there were some defects on the material.

The issue was immediately resolved to my satisfaction by the team and I was kept in the loop at all times.

The level of customer service was very good and could only have been improved if they came round and cooked me breakfast!

I will definitely deal with this company again.
