The Customer service was friendly and helpful as was the delivery service. Seemed like nice people to do business with. I actually had an error in my order when delivered - which was corrected later in the same day with a new delivery.

There was a slight misunderstanding about the size of stone due to the website (and my inexperience) but the delivery driver picked up on it straight away, was very proactive and helped me get the right delivery straight away. Really helpful company, fantastic service will definitely use them again!

Novice to the process…
As a complete beginner to the process of a New Kitchen, and although still in the early concept stage of the task, Darren has thus far been invaluable with advice and enthusiasm for my project. Offering suggestions, and not being offended when they are not to my preference whilst at the same time helping me understand the practicalities of some of my misguided initial choices.

Scaffold boards
Scaffold boards. Very poor standard, full of splits and large knots. Would not buy these from here again. My wife took delivery of this,whilst I was at work. She sent me pictures of damaged boards, hit by a fork lift. In fareness to covers once I contacted them they came back and change those 2. Once I came home to use the boards for what I was building
(I am a carpenter) I found all the boards were of very poor standard, if they were for a Scaffold company these would not of been used. I've seen boards that are very old and they are in better condition than these. I suggest you change your supplier as these did not look up to standard although they were banded. Unless you just deliver your lift overs the customers who don't come in and select their timbers.
These were for a job that had to be done that evening so I had to use them, otherwise I would of wanted them all exchanged

We appreciate you recognising that we were able to quickly replace the two damaged boards identified on delivery. However, we're disappointed to learn that you found the overall quality of the boards unsuitable for your project.
We work closely with our suppliers to ensure the timber products we stock meet the standards our customers expect, and feedback such as yours is taken seriously. We understand how frustrating it must have been to discover the condition of the boards only when you were ready to start work, particularly when the job needed to be completed that evening and exchanging them wasn't a practical option.
Your comments have been shared with our timber team for review, and we will also raise the concerns you've highlighted with our supplier. Thank you for taking the time to bring this to our attention.

The driver was brilliant, excellent communication, navigate a few obstacles and manage to get my delivery into the prefect location despite no one being into accept the delivery

Going the extra mile

Arranging delivery
My order got delivered today even though I have had no Prior correspondence with them arranging delivery which is what they said they were going to do, the bognor depot said they probably tried to ring you and left the voicemail even though I have no voicemail so my misses and my next door neighbour that is not very well had to handball it up the side of the house our whilst the driver just unloaded it and drove off. NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH

Thank you for your feedback Dave, I'm very sorry to hear about your experience. We understand how frustrating this must have been, especially when you were expecting prior contact before delivery.
This is not the level of service we aim to provide, I have spoken with the branch to investigate what happened, the team confirmed that they did attempt to call to arrange the delivery, as one of the items needed to be brought into branch to complete your order. In addition, our drivers do also try to call ahead before arrival where possible.
Our standard process is curbside delivery, and I’m really sorry this caused inconvenience on this occasion. We will certainly review this further to see how we can improve communication going forward.
