Replacement service slow and inefficient.

Falsches Handy geliefert.
Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice extrem schwierig(sprachlich), langwierig(halbes Jahr) und umständlich(oft keine Antworten).
Habe letztlich durch den PayPal Käuferschutz mein Geld wieder bekommen. (mit 10% Wechselkursverlust). Zudem musste ich das falsche Handy auf eigene Kosten (25€) nach China zurückschicken. Das eigentlich bestellte Handy kam aus dem Europäischen Lager. Frechheit. Nie wieder. Ich rate jedem von einer Bestellung ab!

I recently bought a smartphone that was described to be sold with 2 gifts,one silicon case and one tempered glass BUT i never received them.
I sent an e-mail before 2-3 days and i haven't received an answer.Still waiting

I bought a selfie stick on 13/07/2017, more than 3 weeks later I emailed because I couldn't track my package. They replied my package returned to them. I asked them to cancel this order and refund my money back but i didn't get reply from them. I emailed again and again, They never give a right answer for me. 'Anita' ONLY this person is replying my email and she makes me annoying. LAST REPLY she said "If you want them(warehouse) resend the package to you, you need to pay for more 5usd handling fee, If you don't want this package any more, the package will return to us, but it will cost 8usd handling fee, blah blah----"
I NEVER HAD THIS KIND OF PROBLEM WITH ONLINE SHOPPING.
It was not my fault but need to pay more to refund it.
