They sold a used product, I turned on the phone and found account (ANNA DI MAURO), another customer. I have asked for a replacement or a discount as a used product and they do not respond.
Hanno venduto un prodotto usato, ho acceso il telefono ed ho trovato account (ANNA DI MAURO), un altro cliente. Ho chiesto la sostituzione o una sconto in quanto prodotto usato e non rispondono.

I ordered a cellphone - THL T6C - a year ago from Tinydeal. Recently, it was rendered useless due to a motherboard malfunction which stops booting halfway, stuck on THL logo - probably a production defect.
I knew Tinydeal policy only gives 6 month warranty for cellphones, but i decided to contact them to see i if there was brand warranty or if i could get some kind of compensation.
I was told there was no more warranty and to see if it could be fixed in a local store, or send it back to them (but that option is expensive anyway, because i'm in Portugal and costs are high to send back, considering the phone is was only 63 USD). Costs to repair and get another motherboard are high and difficult to find a shop that repairs THL equipment in Portugal.
Therefore, a monetary compensation was in order. I asked to received a fair amount in Tinydeal points. But the maximum they were willing to give was 8 USD in Tinydeal points, for a 63 USD cellphone! This is unacceptable, as a show of good faith i asked for 27 USD in TD points, not even half, and 8 USD is what i was offered! I mean, it wouldn't even harm them to give tinydeal points, because i would probably end up spending more money, but they just refuse - dumb business move really.

Non acquistate!!!! Ho acquistato un BLACKVIEW 8000 BV PRO... arrivato nei tempi stabiliti e ben confezionato. Inizialmente tutto ok... poi ad un tratto non va più il volume e mi accorgo che risulta l'icona delle cuffie sempre attiva e non riesco a disattivarla... il giorno seguente inizia a scattare da solo foto... ed il terzo giorno di uso non si carica nemmeno più col cavo. Non da più segni di vita. Ho contattato immediatamente TINYDEAL e a tutt'oggi nemmeno mi rispondono!!! NON COMORATE!!!!!! Aggiornerò appena avrò info al riguardo

Llevo varios pedidos en tinydeal y se me hace injusto una calificacion de 5, tomando en cuenta que son los unicos que tienen envio espress por DHL
(ademas de muy barato, o en incluse a veces gratis), muchas quejas son de gente que quiere un envio gratis y que les llegue en una semana, cosa imposible, y para evitar problemas hay que pagar con paypal, pongo 4 estrellas por que hace falta un live chat como otras tiendas de ecommerce de la categoria.
Recomiendo al 100% tinydeal aunque el servicio de clientes es bueno hay que mejorarlo mas y ser mas precisos en garantias de los productos.

Habe Mitte Juli ein Handy bei Tinydeal bestellt. Dieses landete beim Zoll, der es zurückschickte, da das Ladekabel wohl gefährlich und nicht für Deutschland zugelassen ist. Obwohl das Tracking die Rücksendung zeigt ist Tinydeal nicht bereit, den Kaufpreis zurückzuerstatten. Habe einen Konflikt bei Paypal gemeldet und hoffe dass ich bald den Kaufpreis zurückbekomme. Also Finger weg von Tinydeal!

Ich habe am 07.07.2017 ein Smartphone Xiaomi für 172 € bestellt. Angeblich war das Handy in einem deutschen warehouse auf Lager und innerhalb von 2 - 7 Tagen lieferbar. Das passte, da ich 10 Tage später für ein paar Monate in mein italienisches Ferienhaus fahren wollte.
Leider kam das Handy weder innerhalb dieser 7 Tage noch in den nun 42 vergangenenTagen!!!!!! DHL Tracking status permanent: Paketdaten wurden von TinyDealan DHL gesandt. Also niemals innerhalb der letzten 42 Tage an die DHL übergeben. Also glatter Betrug. Allerdings habe ich auch von DHL keinerlei Reaktion bekommen. 
Bei Paypal habe ich Käuferschutz beantragt, jedoch will man dort erst am 26.08.2017, also rund 50 Tage nach Bestellung reagieren. Ich denke, nachdem auch andere Forenmitglieder genau die gleiche Erfahrung machten, dass TinyDeal die Anzahlungen als zinsfreies Darlehen ansieht. Alle Käufer sollten sich hüten, mit dieser dubiosen bzw. kriminellen Firma deals einzugehen.

Paypal überwies mir nun die gesamte Summe.
172 € waren damit 42 Tage lang in den Händen von TinyDeal ohne jeglichen Sinn.
TinyDeal hatte offensichtlich nie vor, das Handy zu versenden.

PESSIMA ESPERIENZA!NON COMPRARE DA QUESTA AZIENDA!
Ho acquistato dal magazzino Europeo 2smarthphone (1 Balckview BV 8000 e 1 Oukitel K10000), nonostante avessi letto le Molte recensioni negative riguardanti quest'azienda. Mai avrei creduto che potesse esistere un azienda online con un così pessimo servizio,ma evidentemente al peggio non c'è mai fine. La merce è arrivata entro i tempi stabiliti e perfettamente confezionata e protetta. Il blackview funzionante perfettamente e lo consiglio vivamente! Sfortunatamente l Oukitel ha immediatamente dato segni di NON funzionamento!!! Prontamente ho contattato Tinydeal ed é iniziato il calvario! Hanno chiesto un video per certificare il mal funzionamento e rivalersi sull'azienda costruttrice,il che mi è sembrato lecito e professionale. Ho inviato il video è Tinydeal ha potuto constatare e certificare il problema,ma la soluzione datami è stata quella di rivolgermi ad un riparatore di zona per farlo aggiustare e che se la spesa non fosse stata eccessiva avrebbero pagato metà del costo! Reputata la loro offerta assurda in quanto io ho Ordinato ed acquistato un telefono NUOVO e non da RIPARARE ho iniziato un numeroso scambio di email che non ha portato ancora a NULLA! Mi chiedono di inviare in Cina in telefono per poterlo aggiustare MA in primo luogo io chiedo la SOSTITUZIONE dell'oggetto con uno nuovo e funzionante e in seguito potrei inviare al magazzino EUROPEO quello guasto! I problemi logistici e contabili di Tinydeal non mi riguardano e se per LORO comodità vogliono il telefono spedito in Cina devono assumere le spese e il rischio di tale spedizione a lungo raggio! Io Ho deciso di acquistare da loro solo perché hanno il magazzino in Europa! Ora ho aperto una contestazione con PayPal per chiedere quantomeno il rimborso dal momento che il telefono consegnatomi non ha mai funzionato... Nell'ultima email la Signora.Elena,sempre felice di assistermi,mi ha scritto che avrebbero considerato un accordo se PRIMA avessi RITIRATO la contestazione!!! Di arrivare anche al ricatto mai avrei creduto. Ancora la mia esperienza con Tinydeal è aperta ma non tarderó a comunicarvi l'esito finale. A tutte le aziende può capitare di consegnare oggetti malfunzionanti ma la differenza lo fanno le aziende in grado di assistere il cliente nel risolvere il problema. Non voglio pensare se con Tinydeal avrai bisogno di assistenza in garanzia per il periodo di almeno un anno dopo l'acquisto. Per ora il mio consiglio è di NON COMPRARE da Tinydeal e rivolgersi a molte altre aziende che tengono di più alla soddisfazione del cliente di oggi e di domani.

Reclamei e pediram-me para o devolver.
Passados 5 meses ainda aguardo uma resposta e o refund!

Es ist eine Unverschämtheit was die Chinesen machen ... Habe eine SmartWatch X9 bestellt - Wert 23.- Euro ... Wurde von Zoll nicht ausgeliefert - da sie nicht den Einfuhrbestimmungen entspricht in 8 Punkten ohne CE und und und - das grenzt an Betrug ! Ware wird vom Zoll zurückgeschickt, will mein Geld natürlich zurück haben !

la qualité est généralement satisfaisante;
les prix attractifs et le renouvellement fréquent des modèles constituent un atout indéniable;
deux aspects restent à améliorer cependant: 1/le guide des tailles pour les vêtements; 2/les délais d'acheminement et de livraison souvent excessifs.

Auf jeden Fall Finger weg, Ware kommt ohne EC-Zeichen und wird beim Zoll beschlagnahmt. Sollte es doch ankommen muss das Gerät zur Reparatur auf eigne Kosten nach China geschickt werden, dabei spielt es keine Rolle ob es vom deutschen Warenhaus bestellt wurde.
Es wird auch viel kitschiges verkauft das sein Geld wirklich nicht wert ist.

Great site and very fast delivery

My order number is 8630074577400003018397 and the screen protector I ordered arrived cracked. The solution I received was beyond laughable. They said they would only resend if I ordered more items off their website and the order had to be over $20. They don't accept fault and don't back up their items if they make me order more items just to get my broken item resent. I will not accept item to be resent because I won't be in town to accept. The only solution for me is full refund. This is not my fault that this happened.
